| Strengths & Weaknesses | Strengths: Physically he is on par with a Klingon Warrior. Quite sharp intellectually and sharp tongued (Also a weakness) Can withstand higher than standard G forces when Inertial Dampeners aren't up to snuff. Weaknesses: Requires a daily dose of blood or synthetic blood or can become very ill and weak. Minor sensitivity to UV, so wears sunglasses when needed. Has an inordinate appreciation for garlic. Always worries that he hasn't earned his position and is a nepo baby thanks to his parents being a bit overbearing. |

| Personal History | Born in 2364 to a then random tryst between his father and mother, He grew up with his mother for a few years until they reunited with his father just before the breakout of the Dominion War. He grew up with them during the war, having survived major battles such as the First Battle of Chin'toka. When he was of age he went to the Fleet Academy in 2381 but graduated on a fast track both thanks to still needing to rebuild the fleet but also his parents, Vice Admiral Jonathan Frost and Admiral Kira Phaserman-Frost, the two of them having finally married three years previous. After graduating, they forced through orders to bring him under their wings. He managed to distinguish himself during a few missions which earned him the ability to request a transfer off ship to serve aboard the USS Bellerophon. Since then he has managed to have a stable career, though he always worries if he deserves the accolades or if he is a nepo baby. |
